I went through 12 sessions of physical therapy for a herniated disc/pinched nerve that caused pain in my neck, shoulder, and down my arm. The staff were thorough in evaluating and explaining the underlying cause of my pain and used a combination of heat, massage, stretches/exercises, and dry needling to significantly improve the symptoms. She is knowledgeable and kind, and she is able to explain/ demonstrate every exercise well. Not only that, but sometimes I need to bring my newborn with me and she has always encouraged me to do so. She has even fed and held my baby while I do my exercises. If my baby is crying or happy, Kaitlyn always is willing to help out while I do my PT. When I thanked her, she said that it is important for moms to get the care they need. This type of attitude makes such a difference in not only making physical therapy accessible for a new mom like me, but also a welcoming and safe environment for my baby.

Very kind and patient, she helped me recover in about a year, and gave me some exercises to take home after the sessions were over. My pelvic floor has never felt better, and I owe it all to her.
